In the event that the pandemic causes further Lockdown situations , or in the event that you are currently isolating but feel able to attend your session, it is possible to arrange a Zoom meeting to cover those circumstances.
Online Counselling offers the same level of support and confidentiality and may offer a suitable solution to finding you support when Face- to -Face contact is not an option

Video Online Counselling (Zoom)
Video Counselling is carried out at a pre-arranged time and enables a Face-to -Face Consultation.
During the session it would be important for you to find a comfortable space where you feel private and that you will be undisturbed.
The Video Consultation would be carried out using Zoom
All platforms are fully Encrypted to ensure complete confidentiality
